Driver Dies After Striking Tree On Landing Road In Kingston: Police

A driver was killed after they apparently crashed their car into a tree on the South Shore this week, authorities said.

The single-car crash happened on Landing Road in Kingston on Monday morning, March 13, according to Kingston Police on Facebook. 

Initial investigation suggested the car left the road and struck a tree. The driver, who was the only person involved, was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other information was released. The investigation is ongoing.
